cable length 7m, rubber cable
- ALL STAINLESS STEEL HOUSING
- IP69K PROTECTED
- MERCURY FREE
Can be used for:
- High level detector in bins
- Low level dettector
- Chute plug-up detector
- Transfer point plug-up detector
- Crash probe
- No-flow detector
This tilt switch will provide an output whenever it is tilted more than approximately 22°out of vertical.
It is equipped with an inductive proximity sensor. If hanging vertical,an internal steel ball lies below the face of the sensor. When tilted regardless ofd irection more than 22°, the ball leaves the face of the inductive sensor and the electrical signal changes. The hysteresis for switching back is approximately 10°.
The probe is encapsulated by a potting compound in an all stainless steel tube with a wall strengt hof 2mm. This heavy duty design allows lateral impacts with a speed of 10km/h.
It is equipped with a most flexible rubber connection cable which is UV-ozone-and oil resistant and flame retardant, fix bonded to the probe. The 3-wire electrical connection is same easy as the wiring of any customary inductive sensor.
For fixing a customer-specific buoyancy chamber or wing,it provides a female M10-thread in the bottom of the tube.
