The optional MOH (Music on Hold) module MPPI S30122-X7275-X can be connected to this interface. It is inserted directly in the central control board (X19 and X20).
Callers hear music when in consultation hold, park and transfer state. The MOH featurecan be configured in one of three ways:
- No Music on Hold: The held party hears nothing (silence).
- MOH with ring tone: The held party will first hear MOH during the consultationprocess. When a call is transferred to the destination, the MOH is replaced by theringback tone.
- MOH without ring tone: The held party hears MOH until the called party answers thecall.
