Grandstream GRP2616 HD Gigabit IP Phone – High-End Carrier-Grade VoIP Desktop Phone with Dual Color Screens, Integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and PoE / 6 SIP Accounts (Model: GRP2616)
The Grandstream GRP2616 is a highly powerful, Linux-based high-end carrier-grade IP business phone engineered specifically for executives, high-volume administrative managers, and demanding desktop operators within modern enterprise voice landscapes. Operating as a premium voice endpoint, it natively handles up to 6 independent SIP accounts and introduces an innovative dual-display layout to deliver an optimized, heavy-traffic communications workspace. The GRP architecture stands out with its uniform firmware stack, comprehensive IT mass-deployment tools, and stellar wireless hardware integration.
The defining visual feature of the GRP2616 is its sophisticated dual-screen configuration: a primary 4.3-inch high-resolution color LCD display handles central telephony navigation and rich caller ID indexing, while a secondary, dedicated 2.4-inch color LCD panel on the right side operates exclusively as a digital speed dial and Busy Lamp Field (BLF) engine. This dynamic configuration enables users to program up to 24 virtual multi-purpose keys (VPKs) via electronic page-switching without deploying bulky physical sidecar units. Uncompromised acoustic clarity is maintained through an HD wideband receiver and a full-duplex speakerphone layout enhanced by Grandstream Noise Shield Technology, which isolates the user's voice from ambient workspace sound leaks. Outfitted with dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, the unit supports complete cordless mobility and effortless wireless headset pairing, while dual Gigabit ports with native PoE ensure high-speed tethered deployment.
Key Features and Benefits
- Innovative Dual-Display Concept: Links a large 4.3-inch primary color LCD with a secondary 2.4-inch color panel to digitally track programmable VPKs, BLF indicators, and shortcut configurations.
- Advanced Key Mapping: Features 6 dual-color line keys on the main display and maps up to 24 virtual multi-purpose keys (VPKs) across the secondary panel for rapid call dispatching.
- Integrated Dual-Band Wi-Fi: Features built-in dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac support (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), unlocking flexible wire-free device location mapping across modern commercial buildings.
- Native Bluetooth 5.0 Platform: Facilitates effortless integration with professional cordless headsets alongside rapid database synchronization (contacts, calendars, and live call routing) from mobile devices.
- High-Speed Gigabit Networking: Dual auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps switched network ports remove desktop bottlenecking by maintaining maximum data passthrough to an adjacent workstation.
- Integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE): Supports native PoE (802.3af Class 2), enabling concurrent power and data delivery over one single network drop wire to eliminate terminal outlet clutter.
- Integrated Noise Shield Filter: Actively safeguards critical business call blocks from background office ambient leakage by isolating user speech channels.
- Carrier-Grade Lifecycle Management: Hard-coded for effortless zero-touch deployment and automated asset oversight utilizing the cloud-centric Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS).
